Description:

 Work on the entire hiring process to ensure total quality under the recruitment activity.
? Coordination with PRO for visa renewals, cancellations, exit forms. 
? Staff daily attendance monitoring. 
? Work closely with the ISO team to ensure proper use of all forms under their respective processes. 
? Monitoring annual leave, sick leave, offset leave, or coming late or half day. 
? Advertising and Recruitment including initial screening and interviews. Followed by the hiring process and visa stampings. 
? Assisting newly joined employees. This includes informing and implementing office procedures, guidelines, formalities, proper employee’s induction and goals of A3, bank account opening if required.
? Motivational activities such as events, team building… 
? Training organization from planning to execute with the concerned dept. 
? Insurance contracts and negotiations with insurance companies for employees and claims (medical and workmanship )
? Handling passports, secure release of them as per established procedure. Monitors passport expiry date of workers. 
? Keeping of employees records for all company related stuffs such as scope, memos, soft copy visa pages, passport copy, emirates ID, ID picture 
? Booking of tickets for worker’s annual leave and negotiating with travel agents for best rates. 
? No objection certificates/letters for banks and personal travels for employees.
? Attending to queries of workshop employees. 
? Conducts evaluation/appraisal of all employees in order to implement it on a yearly basis or at the 6th month for new employees. 
? Prepares Company manuals and scope of work / responsibility of each employee.
? Standardizing and automatizing processes that are time consuming to be more efficient
? Proper follow up of the processes and procedures in the ISO master list (HR part and others)
? Working closely with production and other depts. to ensure high season times are as smooth as possible. This includes vacation planning, checking and ensuring A3 has qualified part-timers suppliers to hire from.
