Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure rental of residential and commercial units and maximum occupancy at all times
• Ensure high renewal rates for leased properties
• Coordinating with various team for fit-outs, move ins and move outs, lease negotiations and renewals as well as unit viewing
• Ensure paper work is current and accurate for prospective tenants
• Familiar with various leasing areas, concepts, practices and procedures
• Consistently apply extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals and to sustain and expand Verve’s market share
• Manages day to day operations of leasing ensure maximum optimization
• Set up objectives and targets and monitor regularly to ensure all objective are achieved
• Lease vacant space according to defined commercial / residential mix and target
• Manages all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations and the development of attractive leasing packages
• Continually monitor tenant mix to ensure commercially profitable
• Fine tuning of retailer mix whenever is possible by visiting prospect regularly
• Finalize renewals of existing commercial / residential in accordance to company’s rules and procedures
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status and performance of leasing activities
• Coordinate with tenants on a daily basis to resolve issues
• To attend to tenants and clients needs and provide optimal level of service
• Coordinate with other department heads to ensure effective and efficient operation
• Develop and maintain a long term beneficial relationship with tenants to ensure continued and future business
• Prepare a target list of the prospective customers
• Responsible to collect all rental dues from tenants
• Perform other tasks as assigned
