Description:

We are looking for an organized and self-driven Administrative Secretary/Sales Representative, to join our growing organization.

Our office is located in primer business area - Business Bay, Binary by Omniyat building, P4 floor, Office P402

Salary

Probation period: 5,000 - 6,000 AED based on the interview
After probation period: 15,000 AED and higher depending on the progress and company development
 

Responsibilities:

Main Duties

• providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
• answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence 
• maintaining diaries and arranging appointments 
• typing, preparing and collating reports 
• organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes) 
• managing databases 
• prioritising workloads 
• implementing new procedures and administrative systems 
• logging or processing bills or expenses 
• services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients
• focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of clients
• submits applications by referring to price lists and product presentation
• keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
• recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
• resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management

Requirement:


• college degree or higher
• age 25 - 35 years old
• preferably single, because you will have to travel a lot and sometimes for a long time
• excellent organizational and time management skills
• accuracy and attention to details
• excellent computer and administrative skills
• tact and discretion when dealing with confidential information
• strong written and verbal communication skills (English language is a must, other languages are not required, but a big plus)
• dedication to providing great customer service 
• you must be confident, organized and self-motivated
• previous experience and background in finance/banking/ management/PA/administrative position is a huge plus
