Responsibilities:
This role of Watchmaker is to provide support to the Service Centre, with minor and major repairs and managing the Workshop’s inventory levels, equipment and reporting all After Sales proceedings to the Service Centre.
The role also entails supporting by providing tailored services to clients, providing technical training to colleagues and ensuring a high level of service in the Workshop.
It is important to work with high attention to detail and to set timelines, ensuring high levels of repair quality, customer service, and reporting.
Systems knowledge
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting system, including inventory management preferable.
Requirement:
• Professional/career level watchmaking experience (Swiss / Luxury brand preferable)
• Able to work under pressure achieving high levels of accuracy
• Experience of working as part of a team and individually.
• Ambitious with a willingness to learn and complete development training.
• Able to deal effectively with people at all levels and areas in the organization.
• Be a brand ambassador for the business.
• Ability to commit to long project time and to complete complex, detailed and patient work.
